The Stiftungsfestivities will be on the road for the first time in 2008 as the Johnnies travel to Bethel on Saturday. The event will take place on campus just east of the field by the SoHo parking lot. Rules are the same as in Collegeville: have your red cups at the ready and behave like the civilized football fans we are *cough*. Rumor has it the first grill will be showing up at 9:00am. Bring a “culinary delight” to share. Be there plenty early to reserve seats (11:00am is a good time, the earlier the better), as last year’s crowd was standing-room-only and then some.
Directions
If you are coming from the north, exit off MN51/Hamline Ave at Bethel Drive and take an immediate left onto the service road.
From the south, exit MN51/Hamline Ave at County E and go west to Snelling Ave. Take a right and go north to Bethel Drive. Snake your way through campus on Bethel Drive to the service road just before you arrive back at MN51/Hamline Ave.
