Starting ‘07 with a team from Ohio, hoping for another at the season’s ending;
in between will be the Cobbers, Oles, Tommies and Royals, among others, all pretending.

From 2000, six post season appearances, pre-season rankings suggest #7 in ‘07.
To make the post season reality and no suggestion, it is up to the Johnnie eleven.

Defense and offense, coaching and drills as in “nice day” cal, all add in,
to the Johnnie tradition of dominance in the MIAC and so many playoff wins.

Then again, there is that team known as the WarHawks, a recent Johnnie nemesis;
closer last year than the one before, this year will be the one for the SJU genesis.

A new beginning, starting with Marietta in Collegeville and ending with MUC in Salem,
traveling through towns like Northfield, Arden Hills and Whitewater, all will hail ‘em!

Hail to the Johnnies, fight you Johnnies, fight you Johnnies!
Show D3 football what SJU can do, stand and fight like men for old St. John’s.

The tradition of Gagliardi, red is legend at Clemens in the fall.
Heaven is being at St. John’s, especially in ‘07 when they win it all.
